Return On Investment (ROI) For Training
We will train our folks when we have more time, right now we are too busy. This is a common statement that we hear all too often. Usually what happens is that when you have more time, then you don’t (or won’t) make the investment to train. (That’s right, I said investment not expense). Have a look at a recent coaching session and the feedback received from the owner. The return on investment in this case study was 40:1! That means the value they received was 40 times the cost of the coaching sessions. Thanks James Bradley.
