What Comes First? Technology or Processes?

It turns out people need to come first. Always follow this order- people, process, and then technology. Build and empower your people, and make sure you have the best process in place, and everyone is following it. Then use technology as a  tool to make tasks efficient. Effectiveness comes from critical thinking, engaging all the stakeholders, and being able to communicate the decisions clearly to your team. Technology is just the tool, people and processes are the operators.
