1. Leadership and supervisory skills training

TWI – Training within Industry – 10 hour courses

  • Job Relations- How to handle people problems. People must be treated as individuals. In a nutshell this course reinforces the idea that a supervisor gets results through people.
  • Job Instruction- Gives supervisors tools on how to effectively instruct and schedule training. If the worker hasn’t learned, the instructor hasn’t taught.
  • Job Methods- Teaches leaders how to improve job methods by using a practical plan to help produce greater quantities of quality products in less time by making the best use of the manpower, machines, and materials now available.

2. Foreman 101 Leadership Training

  • A Six Week deep dive into floor leadership at your shop
  • Specific training and tools for newly appointed supervisors as well as seasoned folks

3. 8 week Continuous Improvement Awareness session

This session is meant as a way for your leadership team to dip their toes in the water to get exposure to the foundation of how lean/continuous improvement could work to improve productivity. Through improved communication and engagement, systems are implemented to sustain gains made.
